When I started the draft of this post in the beginning of the week it was titled “When Will I Cross the Finish Line?!” but then I wrote this post about keeping myself accountable, and everything changed.
I mean it, everything changed, and I was able to get that fire back that I had during my first few weeks on Weight Watchers. And it paid off! In all honesty, the first two days were hard, and I was kind of a shit to everyone. But by day three, I was all smiles, and feeling right back on track.
Here’s how the week shaped up:
3 pounds baby! Woo hoo! Though, to be fair, I think last week’s weigh-in was a bit bloated. Either way, I only have six pounds left to goal! 6 POUNDS LEFT!!!
I’ve been using a lot of my zero point tricks this week, and it’s been a bit of magic.
I only worked out once this week, I walked for 45 minutes and got to a little over 13,000 steps. I am running a 5k this weekend, my first public 5k! I’ll keep you posted on how that goes. Next week I’m increase the exercising to really get this thing going.
I think I’m going to hit my goal weight next month! So excited!!!
